No one answers thier phone

I guess I am going to add my complaint to this company, I don't know what good it is going to do, but I will try.
I ordered and paid for a recliner, my first mistake. I receive a email saying it would be delivered on the 2o Feb, will have not heard any thing since, I have tried calling many times and left my name and phone, no calls. I don't think anyone answers the phones
