Poor construction and upholstery of recliner couch

Recliner couch was delivered October 22. A call to the store was done immediately about the construction of the recliner, sections uneven and tilted. Upholstery was wrinkled, uneven, and stretched in the wrong direction. Several calls have been made with no satisfaction, only we get continuous answers of how they need to contact another person. This recliner looks like we've had it for 20 years. Please do not shop at La-z-boy. Their guarantee means nothing.
