When we called to verify that we were scheduled for facials and the steam cabinet as advertised, we were informed that the steam cabinet was broken.in the background, a women was yelling "tell her she doesn't have to come if she don't want to". When we asked if we could have additional minutes on our massage because we were supposed to have a steam cabinet treatment, we were met with the same hostility. We decided to go anyway. The establishment was geared towards throwing princess parties for 6 year olds and not providing quality spa services. We were given starchy robes to wear and large shower shoes. We were not offered water or taken care of in any way when we arrived. The massage room was absolutely freezing, I didn't even want to take my robe off. The head rest was missing so my neck was hurting the entire time. I don't even know that I was touched during the 30 minutes as it was so soft. Then the facial. It was supposed to be an hour long, it was only 30 minutes. All that happened was she put a mask on, left me for ten minutes, wiped it off and then proceeded to tap my face randomly. There was no exfoliation or any of the other necessary "facial" steps. Furthermore, there was a cd playing over and over in the background that was skipping. Talk about relaxing. Then for the mani/pedi. All of the nail polishes appeared to be at least 10 years old. There were only two OPI bottles and she had to run hot water over the cap to open it. She did not scrub my legs or put lotion on, nor did she massage my hands during the manicure. She smudged my polish on my manicure and just put an extra layer over the spot instead of starting over. I had a huge lump of polish on one of my fingers and the others were streaky. My toe polish lasted all of an hour and was still so guppy that it came off when I touched it. She did not even put a second layer on my friends toes. My friend was also asked to stop in the middle of the manicure to get the massage and then she would also finish her pedicure. It was very unorganized and unprofessional and the services were absolutely horrible. We were also supposed to get our eye brows waxed but they didn't even remember that. However, I would not have trusted them to touch my face with wax. Overall it was the absolute worst spa experience ever. It could not have been any worse. We did not receive all of our services and the ones that we did receive were awful.
