Dissapointing and total false advertising

Attended J2A and was disappointed from the moment we walked into the house/hair salon. Not a spa at all, no robe or towels on arrival just shown to the attic given a medical form to complete with a pencil and left to sit for 40 minutes. Eventually shown to treatment room, staff unable to tell us what products they use for the facials, unable to offer manicure instead as the nail bar was apparently double booked although we did not see anyone at the bar when leaving.

We had the hot stone massage which was short only lasted about 45 minutes completed by newly if yet qualified staff, wearing acrylic nails which scratched our backs throughout the treatment the bed was cold, the towels damp, the oil cold and room was cold. Our clothes had to be put on the floor under the bed and the massage felt a structured one both moving round us at the same time no personal touch working on our individual problem areas.

I would NOT recommend this and have complained to group on as it's quite clearly false advertised.

Anyone who feels this is a great place must have been to some really awful places previously.

DO NOT buy the voucher if you have get your money back!!
