False advertising

I paid for 1hr 45min beauty treatment at the green room in Loughborough including shoulder back & neck massage, 45min facial and reflexology, with 3hrs free parking.
-arrived & was told there isn't any free parking & groupon should have emailed me
- back massage was poor - not enough oil used & painful at times, lasted 15mins
- facial was nothing like a facial I've had before where they use hot towels/steamer/magnifying glass etc instead had exfoliator put on, taken off & then a mask put on. She said she would continue my massage and explicitly told me she wouldn't be massaging my neck - there goes my back NECK and shoulder massage
- didn't receive reflexology, just had a half-hearted foot massage while face mask set
- all of the above lasted 45 mins max then she left the room saying she'd leave the (already set) mask to set
- after FIFTEEN MINUTES of sitting there without her returning and the mask becoming tighter & more uncomfortable I had no choice to stick my head out into the hairdresser shop floor and ask for someone to come and get the mask off
- she returned, no apology, curtly told me shed said the mask would need to be left for 20mins - which she did not tell me and I said to her I didn't realise 20mins of my 'treatment time' would be sitting waiting for a mask to set. She offered no apology but said she'd take the mask off and then 'you can get dressed and go'

- when I came out of the room she completely ignored me, was very rude and ignored my totally unnecessary 'thank you'

- groupon said the treatment lasts up to 1hr 45mins, I was out ONE HOUR after I went in

I'm so very disappointed by the whole experience. I'd been looking forward to this for months and feel completely mislead and that I have been treated with total contempt.
