J Salon & Spa provided a horrible mani/pedi and were unprofessional - Gel manicure and pedicure

When I went to J Salon they were running behind so they asked if they could set up a table in their pedicure room and I agreed. They then pulled a very uncomfortable chair into room that was super small and everyone was bumping into each other. While doing my gel manicure the manicurist filed my nails horribly and while painting them admitted she was not good at painting nails and it showed. My gel manicure was a dry manicure that didn't include a massage or anything but it took over an hour and a half because she was busy talking. Then the girl disappeared to go have a cigarette before starting my pedicure. My pedicure was poor service as well. It took the girl 3 times to get my nails painted. First she lost the color I picked out. Then the color ran out so picked a new one and while painting my nails again she accidentally picked up the wrong color and started painting. It was a big mess. At the end she put my sandals back anddrummed oil all over my feet and shoes. It was the worst experience ever and not relaxing at all!!!
