Customer Service unreachable

I just bought a Steam Vacuum Cleaner and tried to call Living Social for 10 times today to redeem my purchase. I tried 5 times during lunch hour, 2 times at 11 am and 3 times at 4-5pm. However, the same response i received, " our customer services is unreachable" and they will put me on the line...

Appreciate if the company can improve on their customer call services.
