We feel that he was very rude, and we will not do business with this company again

We're a trucking organization and we arranged lots with this specific agent from Minot ND to Kansas City KS. The strain was reserved on Friday August 24 and was to become acquired on Monday August 27.

During the day on Friday, this agent named us three different occasions. Whenever we got the price verification, the total amount about the confirmation was significantly less than the total amount which was cited to us within the telephone. We also requested him if we required lots visit and he explained that people didn't. Subsequently on Friday morning at 8:45am he named us to request where our vehicle was.

We advised him that people needed to sell which we advised him on Friday our vehicle could be there before midday. Then he named us back at 9:00 am to inform us to stop our vehicle.

We believe he was really rude, and we shall not conduct business with this specific organization again.
