Deceitful, Dishonest

April I went to Younger to trade in my 2007 Camry for a 2012. After speaking w / my salesman Seth he advised me I would qualified for the 2.9% financing. Great!!! When I got back to the finance office she said she didn't think I would but I could have it for 14.25%. I said no & stood up to walk away. She then said ok, I will write up the loan for 2.9%, ok that is what she did; I went home happy. TWO WEEKS later Cheryl calls & says I need to come back & resign for the 14.25% because the 2.9% would not go through. I had been in contact w / Seth who could provide NO answers; I told him I was returning the car that I was on my way. When I get there, he had left. What a coward. I went back in & said here are the keys I am returning the car. They gladly started to switch everything back. I then saw the manager Mark who asked what was going on; I proceed to tell him. He sat w me & made the #s work. It was not the salesman or finance.
