Full of lies can't be trusted Finance manager very Rude

I recently inquired on Toyota's web site for leasing 2 Toyota Camry's, I got responce from Toyota of Libertyville, I can provide you with the e-mail communication between me and the sales man (David Wehrheim) after 6 e-mails and 10 phone calls i was assured by the sales man that he will give me 2 Camry's for $199 a month each with no money down but i would have to pay tax title and doc fees, again and again i asked this question and i was told that i would get this deal if i come in the dealership today, I fill out a credit app and was told that with my credit score it won't be a problem at all, I told the sales man that i don't want to waste my or his time since i live in Orland Park and Libertyville is 50 miles from where i live, to cut the long story shot after i arrived at the dealer ship the salesman was gone for the day but left my file with another salesman, then the finance manager came and told me that he can't give me the price offered by the salesman and he don't know why he offered me the price he offered, they are advertising on paper the price he gave me for demo 5 speed cars and they don't have them. Besides the finance manager being rude this is not the way you treat your customers. I can prove that the salesman offered me new 2009 Camry for $199 a month with no money down.
