Cueball261975 Scandalous Guy Who Stole My Money and My Auto Part

David Barnes was selling an Audi Engine Control Unit on EBay, for which he misrepresented the description to make it say that it fit for my particular model vehicle. Upon receiving it I discovered that the part did not, in fact, fit my vehicle and that the part was not as described by Mr. Barnes. When I contacted him he said to send the part back and he would refund my money, so I returned the part as requested, with delivery confirmation and signature required upon delivery. Two weeks passed since the package was delivered and signed for and I still had yet to receive my refund. I contacted him, and was told that what he signed for was nothing but an empty box, and that he was wondering why I would send him an empty box. Not so much so that he would contact me to find out why though, since I didn't even send it in a box, but rather a flat rate envelope. Clearly, Mr. Barnes is a liar and a scandalous and shady businessman. After a month passed he said he would send me my refund, but he never did. Conveniently for him and not so coincidentally, this was just at the time when the 60 day deadline had passed with e bay for filing a dispute. So now he has my money as well as the part I ordered that he misrepresented on E bay. To top it all off, Mr Barnes is sarcastic and rude, and exhibits not one ounce of professional courtesy or remorse for taking advantage of me, yet another one of his victims. Anyone who does business with this man is a fool because they will get taken for a ride, most likely in a vehicle made from stolen parts and paid for by those he swindled. Buyer beware!!!
