Misleading Delivery Promises, products not delivered ripoff Internet

In the last two months, I have placed two orders to barnes and noble to purchase books with free 3-day delivery. The items were not delivered or partially delivered. When I made a complaint they didn't seem to feel that my business was worth their time or effort. I just want everyonen to know that they don't live up to their promises, and am wondering if other people have experienced the same issues. Amazon here I come!
