This company is about a joke!!! I ordered a part for the exact year, make, and model of my vehicle. Then called after I ordered it to make sure it was exactly what I needed. They guarenteed me that it was. Recieved the part tried to put it on and it does not fit. I called to tell them that I did not have the right part and every person that I spoke to were the most rudest people that I have ever spoken to. I was talked down to like I was stupid and had not a clue what I was talking about. Then to top it off you get none american speaking individuals that you can not understand a lick of anything they have got to say. They kept telling me I ordered it for a different transmission then what I have in my S-10 truck and I have the e-mail saved of exactly what I ordered and in my e-mail is exactly what I needed. I do not recommend anyone to order anything from this company for any reason. Word of mouth is the best advertisment there is. Now I have to wait for a week to get my money credited back to my card so that I can go and buy the part that I need. I wouldnt waste my time or money on this company ever again!!! Also wouldnt recommend for anyone else to either.
