Sean and Barry Lied about car features

We went to purchase a used car from their lot on Mcloughlin Blvd. Took a test drive and inquired about the car features listed on the site; the sales person (Barry) said yes that it was a nice feature for the car to have. We purchased the vehicle and went home to set up the feature and was met with a notice stating "not equipped" when I called the dealership and spoke the the finance manager Sean I was told that their website disclaimer releases them from liability of the feature not actually being in the car, to me this is ridiculous because we asked about it during our test drive and was told it was a feature of the car in person, so not only was it listed on the online ad and on the paper taped to the car showing the features, their own sales person told us it was a feature of the vehicle. I called the manufacturer and was told to equip the vehicle with this feature would cost over $400! The dealership offered to cut me a check for half that but said it was only in good faith because they have no responsibility for errors made in the listing of the features. Had I known this feature was not in the car I would not have purchased the vehicle; I believe they lied to get the sale.
