Encourages reps to commit fraud

I used to work for at&t as a sales rep and it was encouraged by the managers to add features on peoples accounts without authorization. We were told to add features on peoples accounts when the store was slow. I never did it and it caused problems with me and my manager. It's even happened to me. Someone recently slammed my account with a feature. Just a warning check your bill every month and when it happens report them to the FCC and the FTC.
