Charge $600 for two tow fee's

The owner of Bexar Towing, John Deloach was recently arrested for not following the city-mandated towing fee. He is over charging people a high $293 for a one day towing fee. I currently live at the Oaks of Redland and twice my vehicles have been towed. Yes, I didn't have a guest pass to give to my guest, so we were in violation. However, we should not be over charged and this is illegal. I talked to Miguel, the manager in charge here at, The Oaks of Redland. I was upset to hear that he knew little regarding this situation. As a manager of our apartments he needs to insure that he is providing a legit tow service for his residents.

There are several complaints filed against bexar towing. Also, the owner of bexar Towing has received 500 citations and has lawsuits against him.
