HB towing is illegally towing vehicles from the apartment complex Called University Village on College town Drive. They are crusing the parking lots late at nite with their flashlight on their trucks and checking for stickers. It is illegal for them to do that per Vehicle code 22658. The property manager or security gaurd must be present for this to happen and it is NOT happening. They have been doing this for years and it is not right in any way towing college students cars..
