Changed Price

My wife and I reserved a LUXURY car rental with AVIS because her company offered a discount program and my Credit Card offered Gift Certificates as a perk with there points program. I booked the car and got a OK price. The day of the rental, they changed the price almost $200. I thought it must be a mistake and decided to check on it when I got home. What they did was charged me $70 for gas and told me to return the car without refilling it. They also charged $48 the additional drivers we had. The rest was just changes in the price of the car. It was $60 more for the base rental and $20 more on the one extra day. Keep in mind, these are on top of the price they already quoted me for those prices. I will NEVER use AVIS again. 2-3 rentals a year and they have lost me forever.
