I have a REALLY big problem with Triad, and I wish I had known the laws better when this all occurred, what they did to me was VERY ILLEGAL, and I hope I can help anyone else out there if you have the same problem I ran into with them. I got a car financed through them, at like 50% interest because of poor credit, and after several hardships I went through, I fell way behind on my payments and the car got repossesed.

Afterward, TRIAD called my place of employment and told coworkers what had happened and even called my mother and told her what my situation was and even told her they were going to sue me unless I coughed up $7000 immediately. Your debt is your debt, it is against the law for a company like this to bully you and tell your business to anyone but you, I wish I had realized this before, I would be rich right now.
