Triad Financial No more sob stories time for some action

I have been with triad since new years eve of 2005. I have been thru several trials and tribulations in my few years on earth, but I have never been as stressed and fustrated as I am since financing with triad. I have always tried to contact triad whenever I was having financial problems but it never made a difference, it seems as if they like hearing sob stories so they can tell you they cant help you. Ive gotten to the point that I dont answer their calls, I send the money (via money orders). I have several stories from over billing to repossession but I am going to pick the shortest one. I am a midnight worker who commutes from Spotsylvania virginia to Washington D.C. 5 to 6 days a week, I work overtime when available so sometimes I dont come home until my off-days. So on month I got behind on my note because I had to spend 600 dollors on my car because of oxygen sensor problems and I called triad to inform them of what was going on and they told me their classic lie of "we will take that in consideration just send something when you can". They called everyday anyway which I didnt mind but one day they called and my mother answered and told the representative that I was not home, he told her what was going on with my account and called her a liar when she told him again that I was not there and he hung up in her face. When my mother told me what had happened I told her that he was not suppose to tell you about my account, my mother is not on any of my paperwork.
