Unreliable delivery service

I ordered flowers for my girl friend to give her a surprise. They never delivered till now (today is her birthday and I ordered yesterday) and I call them up to hear them say that they are not gonna deliver today. Do you guys have any sense of business??? There are lot of companies that do not promise next day or same day delivery, you promised and I freaking paid extra money to get it delivered. Don't you understand to deliver it on that special day is highly critical. I will never rely on you guys, you will not be able to deliver on her birthday. If some one reads this review, the only way you can earn business from me back is, to surprise her again by sending an apology or belated wishes for her bday for free. Good bye!!!
