Ordered flowers to be delivered today for a friends birthday. Web says xtra charge for expedite delivery (within 4 hrs) but rep says can't do, but will try their best. Otherwise, will be delivered by 6pm today. Got a call at 4:50 saying they cannot deliver today but will do tomorrow. Her bday is today not tomorrow!!! Hate them! False ad, worst customer reps. Never ordering from them, never ever will i recommend them!!!
