Fromyouflowers.com does not deliver!

My flowers I ordered for a memorial service did not get delivered. I contacted them the morning of the day it was to be delivered and they assured me that the florist would deliver them by the guaranteed time. At that point they should have notified me that a phone number was needed and that without it, they will not deliver. Very disappointed. I have used online sites for my floral needs for years and this was my first problem. I will not recommend this site and not attempt to use this site in the future.
