Poor customer service - flowers

FTD perhaps has the worst service. We ordered flowers for a death in the family for approx. $120. Flowers were never delivered. Nor did an one in their office had the coutesy of calling till such time we directly confirmed from the recepient. But were quick enough to charge credit card.
Deal with any other florist but never FTD again.
