Ordered flowers and never received them

I had ordered Thomas Kincaid flowers on sunday Dec. 21 I wanted them to be delivered to my moms work the guy who took my order was a dufus he wanted me to deliver them on monday I said I rather them be delivered on Wed, then he sounded like he didn't want them delivered to the hotel, never did he say this was going to be a problem he just said it was going to be busy which is fine. However did not receive flowers I have been calling actually since the day I placed the order to see if the dufus got my order right, kept getting the run around. To cut this mess short now you billed my credit card and I didn't even get the flowers. This has to be the worst florist operation that I know of, and I will be sure to let everyone that I know, know as well.
