Ftd kays flowers does not deliver takes the money and runs! Being this is through ftd you would think it's safe, however, they never delivered flowers to a family member that just had a baby

Ordered flowers for my sister in maine that just had a baby. I live in ny and could'nt be there for the birth. I ordered flowers online on july 25, to be delivered by a local florist in maine. Not only did the flowers not get there but the charge on my credit card says "ftd kays flowers bellaire texas". When i called ftd they told me to call the florist i tried but the number is non-existant. I told them that the flowers should have come from a florist in maine not texas. Ftd told me they could'nt help me. So i called my credit card company, they are investigating and hopefully they will determine that this company is a complete and utter fraud. Beware people. Kays flowers does'nt exist and ftd is a fraud as well, they are useless. Never again will i use ftd.
