Horrible!

I bought a transmission here and had a different mechanic to install it, but it turned out to be defective. Then I told the guys that it didn't work so they were going to charge us an extra $250 if we took it back and they promised to return it in working condition. They had the car for about 2 months and never worked on it, replaced the transmission or anything. Every time I was told to go pick it up, they would tell me to return another day. I would go the day they told me to go and they would tell me it was still not ready. Finally, they just told me to take my car with the non-working transmission it had and that they would return my money. After 1 week of constantly being told to go pick up the refund check, I still received no money. I was told that the owner had changed so they gave me the new owners number to contact her about the refund check and she never answers the calls or returns back our messages.
