Work not Done-Still an Issue

I'm makiing a writing statement against Diamond Transmission and auto repair about work that was need on my 06 Grand Prix the incident first started on Jan 7 when i dropped my car off for my transmission to be rebuilt. I received my car back on Jan 27 but when i got it back i was aware the the problem still has not been fixed the wrong parts where put in my car causing the same thing to happen again. So i was told to drop it back off on Feb 7. After a month of no calls or contact i decided to go back to the business and check on my car. I was told that they had ordered the part for my car and that it will be ready for pick up on a Friday. So that Friday i called the business and i was told that the part has not came it and it would be ready for pick up on Wed. Again the same thing keep happening i was being given the run around. So i went back up there in the middle of March and no one still has not been working on my car.

So by that time i was fed up about the problem so i called the police to see what could i do about the situation being that the work was already paid for. I was told that the problem would be fixed at no more cost to me but when they called my they made me pay additional payments on something i had already paid for having problem getting back an forth from work. I was told it wold be fixed in a week which wasn't the case. I was called on April 14 to pick up my car only for it not to make it to the next exit it broke down with the same problem that it started with. So i had it towed. They called me yesterday April the 26 of 2011 and told me that car was ready for pick up. Again, it broke down causing me more money to get it towed to my job. I'm writing to the BBB of Atlanta i really need your help.
