Rip me off never fixed my transmission nor replace parts

August needed a transmission repair on an xterra call different companys and no one could repair it for less than 1200 dollars contacted Star transmission and was told if I remove the tranmisson myself he would do the work for 800.00 dollors cause he would be able to deduct the fee for removal and installation.

And was told it would be ready in 3 days, three weeks later he call and told me it was ready when I got there he told me it was 1750.00 when i told him that was not what he said at first he told me the parts were not included, i told him I did not have the other 950.00 only the 800. He quoted me and need time to get the 950.

When i had the rest of funds went to pick up transmission, and installed it did not work he gave me the wrong convertor, again installed it did not work, his then shop manager Ben told me that the oil pump had not been replace, i took it back again, and again another 3 week past before i was told it was ready, this time mr. Garcia owner open his coat and showed me 2 guns he was carrying and stated i have this two for customers who complaint...

I took the transmission and again installed and it did not work I was asked by the shop manager Ben to bring the car in an have him check it out that he would make it good and it would not cost me anything again i tooked the vehicle back in this was in Nov than mr. Garcia told me that they had to check it out and he would call me, he never called in Jan i called and was told i need another 1500.00 to fix it I just went and had my vehicle tow 3-15 and met another man who is going through the same thing but he is 3400.00 out...
