Tricky Air and Billet, inc. Rip-off! They will take your money but they won't deliver the goods

I found this company on the internet they make air ride suspensions for mororcycles, so i called the company I talked to the owner ordered the part. The owner asked me what else am i going to do on my bike after i told him that i am redoing the whole motorcycle he told me that if i ordered the parts from diffrent companies thru him he can save me some money. I said ok and called him a few days later with the list of parts that i would like him to order and he said it would be fine but he needs the money to order the things.in april of this year I called him and gave him my credit card number and he took $7000.00 from the card that was suppose to cover the parts that he ordered, for labor I was going to pay him when i got alll the parts.

Now it's the middle of september and i still do not have most of the parts that i ordered and payed for. When I call the guy he does not answer my calls I have been calling him almost every day for the past few months. When one of his workers answers the phone and I ask where are the parts they usually say that they dont know, but i should receive them by the end of the week, but i do not. Its been like this for 2 months now. The parts that I got from them were damaged or they had stuff missing. I am in the process of filing a civil lawsuite against them. So please do not order anything from tricky air and billet they will take your money but they wont deliver the goods
