Took $ for parts but have not delivered, ripoff

Ordered $18 worth of o-rings for a Suzuki motorcycle on July 5th. I was told it would take about one week to get the parts. Since the parts are from Suzuki, it takes a week to get the parts no matter where you order them from.

It is now August 4th and the parts have not arrived.

They do not know where the parts are and have no E.T.A. As to their arrival. They will do nothing to expedite the order and claim that I 'just have to wait'.

Spoke to the owner and asked for a refund so I could order the parts in 5 days or less from someone else.
They would not refund monies for the parts they cannot seem to deliver.
