Rip-off rented unsafe trucks, charges for unwanted services, and doesn't give agreed to refunds

The truck rented would not start after movers filled it with everything to be moved to my new apartment. Uhaul only agreed to send a servicman after many calls since it was at the end of their day. 3 1/2 hours later a road serviceman came and jumped the battery stating in was installed incorrectly so the fault was with UHAUL. He put this in his report. Besides having hourly employee's, paid for a stranded 3 1/2 hours, I had to find a place to legally park a 24 foot trunk and find a place to sleep since everything I owned was packed in the trunk and I was now moved out of my apartment.

My car was at the Uhaul location where the truck was rented. Having Hepatitis B my medication was also packed somewhere in the truck which I could not get to until the following day when I hired more men to continue the move. I missed work and was even charged for the extra day required to move since their truck had problems. I have the support of my Employer to verify missed time and an important missed sales meeting. It's a month since I was promised a refund and still nothing. Desired Settlement: Credit my account $142.39
