Sayville Ford offered us a prepaid vehicle. We're careful and we requested for the paperwork using the signatures in addition to a guarantee. 24 hours later the vehicle smashed and we offered it for them for-free fix. They fixed it and requested us to pay for $2,600.00 whilst the guarantee doesn’t address such issues. What must we do today?
