Montrose Ford Denial of warranty claim ripoff

My 2003 Ford F-250 6.0 diesel pickup broke a cranshaft at 16,000 miles and Ford denied my warranty claim based on "the presence of aftermarket parts" even though they admittied that there was a problem with the engines.
They denied the warranty even after saying that the failure was not "modification-related".

This went to the BBB and even they said that I had proved my case well and that there was aknown problem but they sided with Ford anyway.

Now I'm looking at a $10,000 repair bill to get my truck back after 14 weeks.
