Won't reimburse for repairs

We bought a applied 2006 Nissan Murano in a Honda Dealership. They suggested a Ford Treatment Automobile Service Agreement to supply warranty providers about the applied vehicle. We settled $1652 for that support agreement. 2 yrs later the automobile created a significant roaming and tugging issue. It was not secure to generate and so I got it towards the closest Nissan dealership and had them restore the automobile. I didnot possess the guarantee paperwork with me and that I didnot remember it had been a Ford Treatment agreement. I taken care of the repairs and rental-car so when I returned property that night I found the guarantee paperwork and named Ford Treatment APCO the following day. They declined to pay me for that repairs. The agreement states that repairs should be authorized from the VSC Manager before they're finished and also the automobile operator should sign a declaration of obligation for cost prior to the fix is likely to be approved. Therefore, I am basically attached. I'm like I lost $1652 with this service agreement. Today I am out $770 for repairs which should have now been included in the support agreement. I understand used to donot follow the conditions mentioned within the agreement, but should not there be considered a small versatility? I'd be pleased when they repaid me half the price of the repairs or at this time the price of the support agreement and terminated it.
