Lack of accountability

In early May, somebody backed into my left vehicle and went away, while my co worker viewed. Nowadays, the manis insurance provider, State Park, explained that my injury state was refused since: 1) their customer stated he did not get it done, and 2) because the experience was my co worker and consequently is not impartial (and, by inference, is laying on my account). Our only paths of option today are to prosecute State Park, or even to merely consume the price of the harm to my automobile. Not really a great scenario, along with a flagrant insufficient responsibility about the area of the organization.
