2008 Mazda Tribute / 2009 Nissan Altima

On 07-29-11 I exchanged a 2003 Ford Escape to get a 2008 Mazda Tribute. After many times I got the vehicle for repairs. The Seller decided to purchase 1 / 2 of the job completed. After producing my first cost, the automobile was taken up to a Mazda Seller to get a quotation on many problems. (Internal illumination, banging noise about the right-front and singing sound) The estimation was for nearly $700.00 and also the warranty I'd bought didn't protect the repairs. Although in the Mazda Seller I questioned when the top lamps might be modified; that's after I was informed the vehicle have been involved with a significant car crash, which the leading end was seriously damaged. I got the vehicle to Tire's Plus to get a minute viewpoint and that I was informed the same. That same-day I chose to wording the overall director in the location where I'd initially bought the vehicle and advised him I had been likely to record this towards the BBB, FCA and contact a lawyer. A couple of minutes later I obtained a telephone call and decided to match again 24 hours later. They agreed to purchase the car back from me and set me on another an automobile, (of comparable price) from courtesy. 24 hours later, (09-11-11) I turned up, invested around three hours and quit with another vehicle. (2009 Nissan Altima) Lately, I discovered the prior automobile hasn't been reduced, the warranty hasn't been ended, and also the vehicle I'm presently operating isn't being funded from the company, (or every other company) outlined on my agreement. Fourteen days before I obtained a telephone call in one of the supervisors requesting $2,100.00 deposit, (something which we didn't examine throughout the signing of the agreement) now I obtained still another phone in one of the funding repetitions requesting $3,000.00 along to be able to complete the offer, that will be today 30 days old.
