Charged my credit card immediately but did not deliver the lift i ordered, Texas

Iordered a two post auto lift in April. On April 6 they charged my credit card for the full amount of the purchase ($1761.21) Delivery was to be 6 to 8 weeks. On July 2 call to inquired about status of delivery. Spoke to woman who could not give me any info because computers were down. Gave her order info and ask that I receive a call or email with order status info. Received nothing. Call on July5 and 6 only to get recording. No one responded to any phone call. I believe these guys are a scam company or just ready to go out of business and they are taking orders and payments with no intention of delivering any equipment
