Walmart and CMI
Ruined rim is not walmarts fault

So on June 20 I took my Mitsubishi 3000GT in to have a nail pulled from my tire and patched. Well in the process they did not put a cover over the rim to stop the tire peeler from gouging my rim wall. I went back and was told I had to file a claim with walmarts insurance. After taking 8 days of trying to get ahold of their insurance agent I was assigned to I finally got ahold of him only to have this man Steve burdetski tell me from the photos he cannot hold Walmart liable for the damage.

I had just bought the rims less than 2 weeks before I took them in they were perfect I even have pictures from 2 days before they ruined my rim. I am not happy at all Walmart you are a greedy over bearing corporation who will not take responsibility for their mistakes. I am asking everyone whose been wronged by Walmart to get the word out that they DO NOT CARE. Show this tyrant of a corporation they can't push the little guy around anymore and expect us to take it.

By the way my rims were platinum attitude 18 X 7.5 silver rims which are now discontinued. I wonder why CMI said Walmart wasn't liable? Maybe because they would have to buy me 4 rims instead of 1? Either way it's wrong and Im going to try my hardest to fight it.
