Sold me an antenna for my motorcycle. The unit supplied did not meet my usage requirements, I inquired about exchanging for an upgrade to a better unit with credit toward purchase of the new one

Purchased an after market antenna for my motorcycle. Radio reception went from 12 stations to 1. Removed unit and e-mailed about sending back and getting an upgrade to a better unit with credit for the one purchased that did not meet my expect ions.

I received an e-mail telling me that the unit is not returnable and that I should have read their policy page before I ordered. But they offered to sell me another one that might or might not meed my requirements but that unit would not be returnable also. All they have to do is sell it, they apparently do not have to back anything up!
