Not able to get replacement parts

We've a 2004 Lexington Type W and also have been attempting for all weeks to obtain a substitute label lighting address without any benefits. We've attended Hiking Earth plus they haven't had the opportunity to obtain it both. I've attempted on additional events to obtain info and components from their store and not obtained a solution to telephone calls or emails. I'll never purchase another device from their website because they don't benefit their clients or remain behind their goods.
