Won't honor $20 free fuel offe

I replied to a contact present in December for account using the present of the $20 free gas card.

They immediately debited my charge card the entire quantity and delivered me a confiming e-mail with my order quantity.

Upon recieving the account supplies in early November I named and required the lost gas card. I had been informed it'd maintain the email soon.

In January I named plus they again got my info and explained to anticipate the $20 free gas card quickly.

Today (April) I invested time awaiting a boss who attempted to persuade me that I californianot entitled to the present since I did not purchase via the interenet.

After I interupted her and read her the e-mail from Great Sam with my purchase *, she informed be I had been being violent and hungup. (Not unlike coping with AOL)

I'd like everybody considering answering an offer from Great Sam, or Hiking Earth, a different one of the businesses to understand how they run.
