I arranged 3 airfares on June 5 when CheapOAir had their poor to LIM purchase cost of $240. They delivered me a booking confirmation immediately after I arranged the routes. 24 hours later I obtained a missed phone from CheapOAir declaring that I have to contact them back again to confirm data. I called back many times and may not obtain a your hands on a consultant. So when I really got your hands on a repetition, they set me on-hold and finally hung-up on me. I lost 3 hours of my evening attempting to contact them. I actually sent them requesting them to contact me back however they never did. And so I experimented with contact again 24 hours later and that I ULTIMATELY got your hands on somebody. I confirmed my info and also the repetition stated my e tickets is likely to be sent to me briefly. The following evening, I obtained a contact from CheapOAir declaring they can't problem my e tickets because of the quantity of airlines concerned. I actually donot know how this booking company can't satisfy a trip they published available. A buddy of mine that reserved HOURS later-after I did so, obtained a verification and definitely had NO difficulty along with her schedule. The times third occasion, I proceed to get unclear emails declaring that there's been trip modifications and required that I take. And so I approved. Subsequently times later, I acquired another mail saying the payment division has terminated our schedule and any costs towards the charge card is likely to be returned. Cheapoair may be the shittiest company ever. I actually donot understand how they stay in company. I'll not just post this evaluation with this site but I'll proceed to publish on every evaluation website there's to assume to distribute the term of how wretched the corporation is. They did NOTHING to assist us. Therefore bear in mind and guide on Orbitz, Expedia, or Priceline. They'll never allow you along.
