Won't provide replacement flights

Last September, I arranged round trip routes from Raleigh Durham to Reno. Last month, I discovered that the routes have been fallen from Delta's routine. I contact CheapOAir no less than six-times, three which I possibly stayed on-hold or was disconnected after 15-20 minutes. About the additional three events, I talked with Indians who all had bad order of Language. All of them stated they'd create the required modifications and contact me, by telephone, not e-mail (why, I actually donot understand, given that they had my current email address).

I am STILL awaiting them to contact using the new routes. After studying numerous grievances with this site about CheapOAir, I should suppose I'm also a target of the "fantastic" customer support.

At this time, I've no idea what'll occur. I sent Delta about that scenario, however the chances exist is likely to be no method for them to change the reservation. Delta will most likely send me to CheapOAir.
