Is there some kind of crisis happening!

I arranged a trip on CheapoAir - nonrefundable, that will be good. I got the opportunity. What used to donot understand was this didn't assure me a solution! Our trip is a result of leave-in 3 times even though I've a reservation, the flight informs me that I don't possess a solution. "May Be The broker keeping your solution for whatever reason?" they expected. The cost experienced, therefore Cheapoair has my solution. I'm not able to purchase another solution since this really is non refundable. But I actually donot possess a solution to-go

I've approached them by e-mail, and also the very first time I obtained an answer which stated I'd have my solution in 24 hours. Which was 3 days before. I approached them by telephone and after almost an hour or so on-hold, somebody explained they'd return to me that evening. Which was 2 days before. Recently now I had been stop while on-hold.
