Mistake on the component and attempting to cost me

Needed to reschedule a trip. Realize there's likely to be considered a chage purchase charge however they all messed up the reservation and need to cost me to fix their error. After three calls, which all survived more than 30 mintues, however no quality. Attempting to charger mean extra $257 within the $488 add on quantity for that trip. Really poor customer support.
