I bought an Orbitz.com trip bundle including a Honolulu to Kona trip aboard Mesa Airlines part PROCEED! Airlines. The MOVE! Trip was terminated since the pilots had "timed-out", needing that I buy a complete-cost solution to Kona aboard Hawaiian Airlines. Despite numerous emails and telephone calls to "customer support" at Orbitz, Mesa or PROCEED! I've yet to be repaid for that Hawaiian Airlines solution. Many months before, A CHANCE! Trip from Honolulu to Hilo overshot the Hilo airport since both pilots had dozed down, and needed to be awakened from the Hilo control structure. I'll never again cope with Orbitz, Mesa or PROCEED!
