Terrible customer service!

Worst customer support actually. Attempted to rebook a Frontier trip, simply because they wont I would like to get it done online. I'd to stop a prior flight and today need to utilize that cash on the new trip:. On-hold on telephone for 45 units on 2 events;. (between yesterday which day)|. Want I really could prosecute them for my lost moment! And also have to hear their advertisements in the place of some audio'. No further Frontier for me'.

Why do they claim "no change charge" once they charged $50 for that change;. Imagine they're attempting to backup SW airlines although not very!
