Slower delivery & dropping pkg to USPS

It give me great sadness to be complaining about and to UPS. You have been my rock for at least the last 20 years since I moved from my kids and mail packages.

But of late it seems that packages take longer, it seems sometimes in checking the status of a package it stays in one location 2-3 and maybe more days.

If I signe up to be alerted via email as to the location of my package I never get an alert. And I always check junk mail.

On to my next complaint seems UPS has some contract with USPS so, when ones package arrives to ones closest UPS to you. It seems they now pass off your package to USPS. Which I can only presume that that maybe great for some arrears that UPS may not frequent often or everyday.

I live as close to the closest UPS (Danville, KY) as to the main USPS here in (LANCASTER< KY) so when a package is sent to PO it takes another day to get to me. Might as well just be sent USPS.

Not that any of my complaints or anyones will help, only to vent it ourselves.
