USPS Delivery has been absolutely unacceptable. I have shipped through USPS parcel post with insurance 4 packages in the last 2 weeks. 2 of which, by the time they got to the destination, the boxes were unrecognizable. 1 which had a forklift tine shoved through the side of the box, into the well packaged china and destroyed it, the USPS delivered it to my customer (it was insured) in that condition and blamed it on me, I must have shipped it that way. The last package insured for a 1000.00 contains a very expensive bicycle, paid for insurance, paid for tracking, paid over 126.00 to ship. Tracking number shows nothing online, customer still hasn't received it. USPS cannot give me any information after a dozen phone calls and calling customer service and calling the local post office and running up my cell phone bill for 2 hours and 43 minutes of "hold time" I still have no answers. If the package can't be found, what happens then

I WILL NEVER USE THE USPS FOR ANYTHING AGAIN. I have switched all of my mail to electronic, I will ship my packages through FED EX, because UPS here isn't much better than USPS.

I would like this fixed.
